Can anyone advise me? I am having a problem with my brand new Dragon Naturally Speaking 9 Voicetracer. This is not a technical problem, this is a product and service quality problem. The Voicetracer is faulty and will not activate when I put in fresh batteries. This is a simple matter of Nuance replacing the faulty Voicetracer. However, Nuance’s misnamed “customer service” department keeps giving me the run-around. Any suggestions for how to get some service or how to get the faulty Voicetracer to work? I’d appreciate it.
